These individuals work with us to deliver home happiness and get superb feedback on the surveys that our customers fill out after their service is completed.
We’re so happy to feature some of these service superstars here on our blog. Today we’re highlighting Kalten G! Kalten is from our team at Steam Dry, which delivers cleaning services for Rümi like carpet cleaning, dryer and duct cleaning and more!
A: I've been happily with Steam Dry for over a year, and I know the second will pass just as quickly as the first!
A: I'm very blessed to have two lovely children and a fantastic partner to complement my life! We also have two huskies who keep us entertained and on our toes. In my downtime, I have a few hobbies, one of which is music and is something I'm very passionate about. We live a pretty busy life and are always on the go.
A: I think excellent customer service starts with an understanding that our customers are also people and not just a way to keep a great service up and running. Respecting the belongings and beliefs of all of our customers is also just as important.
A: I'm beyond honoured to be nominated as one of Rümi’s Service Superstars. I know we have such a wide variety of amazing services and technicians to compete with and I'm excited to see other excellent technicians get nominated in the future.
A: My favourite place to spend time in my home is actually my kitchen. I'm an avid chef in my home, and feeding friends and family is one of the ways I like to make those around me happy.
