Since every project is unique, our pricing is all estimate-based. Don’t worry though, you won't receive a surprise bill. We will go over the entire project's costs with you before the work begins.
What to Expect
- If we get uncooperative weather on your appointment day, we’ll reschedule for a better time.
- Before we arrive, we request that you clear a path and remove/protect delicate items like plants or decorations. We can help move the big stuff!
- First, our crews will complete an inspection of the property to determine the scope of the work, while keeping an eye out for any hidden areas and noting any existing damage or sensitive areas.
- We’ll determine which tools will work best then pressure wash surfaces from the top (as high as three stories with a ladder) to the bottom while being careful to avoid particles dripping down onto cleaned areas.
- Finally, we’ll make sure that the ground and surrounding areas have been cleaned off from any splashback.
- On average, this service takes 2-4 hours to complete.
