What does the process look like after I purchase a bundle?
What if I need more work than what’s included in my bundle?
Home maintenance is our specialty! We’re happy to connect you with more services to help update your new home before you move in or add more time or value to services in your bundle package for an extra cost. Don’t worry — we’ll go over everything before the work begins.
What happens if I need more locksmith services than what’s included in the coupon value?
Before we start, we’ll go over the scope of locksmith work needed to get your home safe and secure. If your home needs more locksmithing than what's included in your bundle, you can add extra work to your bundle at our regular locksmith rate. You’ll be charged for these extras at the time of service.
What happens if I need more handyman services than what’s included in the coupon value?
When you book the general carpentry and repair part of your service bundle, our handyman will ask for a list of the work you want to get done. Based on your list, we’ll let you know if any extra time or material is needed. If you’re okay with the extras, you’ll be charged at the time of service.
My house is larger than 3,500 sq.ft. Do you have a bundle for me?
Wow, that’s a big house! Even though your house doesn’t fit into one of our bundles, we’ll put together a quote for you to make sure your new home is ready for you.
Do all the services in my Move-In Bundle have to happen on the same day?
Different professionals handle each service included in this moving bundle. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule, so the work gets done in time for your move. Whether that happens all at once or over a few days is up to you!
How long can I redeem the services in this bundle after purchase?
You have 1 year to use your Move-In services bundles after your purchase. For details, review the Cancellation Policy.

They’re convenient — and save you money! Purchase services together to get a better deal (save 10% or more compared to buying the same services individually), ease of scheduling everything at once, and peace of mind — so you can focus on the exciting parts of your move, like decorating!
Can I divide my 3 hours of handyman work into separate appointments?
No, handyman work can’t be split into different appointments. Before the service, you'll supply a list of work for the handyman to tackle during the appointment.

Our handyman can complete any task offered in Rümi’s Handyman Services during this appointment. If you’re unsure what’s included, give our friendly advisors a call!
