Since every project is unique, our pricing is all estimate based. Don’t worry though, you won't receive a surprise bill. We will go over the entire project's costs with you before the work begins. 

What to Expect

  • Installing drop-downs is a custom screen solution. You'll work with our team to co-create the a unique and functional design for your home. 
  • Before you book, we’ll send out one of our screen experts to do a full design consultation. We'll plan a solution to fit your home’s and budget.  
  • Our window and door pros will take final measurements during the consultation for a perfect fit.  
  • Once you review and approve your quote, you'll pay your deposit to confirm the work. 
  • We’ll order your custom fit screen solution, including all materials needed to complete the job. Lead times can vary from 3–7 weeks in the summer.  
  • Before installation begins, please clear your deck or patio of any outdoor pots, plants and furniture so we have a safe area to work. 
  • On average, each screen takes approximately 2 hours to install.   
  • When the job is done and final inspection has been completed, you'll enjoy your sheltered outdoor space with the simple click of a button.

Not ready for a motorized screen? No problem! We also do a manual version of these screens with an easy-to-use twist handle.
